Meet The Founder & CEO
My name is Nina Marie Mathews. I first want to give all honor and glory to God, who is the head of my life.
I was born and raised in Denver, CO. I enjoy working out, going to the movies, and traveling. I lived in Missouri for ten years. I then moved back home in September 2016 and that's when I started my self-love journey. I had to rebuild myself after losing myself due to being in an abusive relationship. This traumatic experience was my testimony to help others. I wanted to create a safe space for young girls and women that have already started their self-love journey or are just beginning. I then realized I had finally found my purpose and founded Love Thyself on September 10, 2018. This self-love journey is not easy, but it’s worth it. Through my experiences, I strive to educate girls and women and teach them the importance of knowing who they are. When you know who you are inside and out, someone else's opinion of you won't matter.

SELF-LOVE WORKSHOPS
We provide self-love workshops that will teach young girls and women the basics of building up their self-esteem. It will include self-esteem worksheets and activities. These workshops will have you feeling good about yourself and give you the knowledge to pass on to someone else.
